1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NatiieBouzie ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service
NatiieBouzie is a portfolio and community platform that showcases custom Gartic Phone game modes, original artwork, commissions, user profiles, giveaways, and related content. Some features require a registered account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit, including custom mode submissions, images, reviews, and profile details. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit without appropriate marking, or otherwise harmful. NSFW content must be flagged as required, and unmarked explicit content may be removed without notice.
5. Moderation
Submitted modes, images, edits, and claims are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, and to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Commissions & Payments
Custom art commissions are quoted individually and processed through our payment provider. Deposits may be required to begin work. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted with your approval. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the stage of work completed. Paid artwork remains our intellectual property until full payment is received and delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
The NatiieBouzie brand, site design, original characters, and all non-user-submitted content are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. Fan art and community submissions remain the property of their respective creators.
8. Limitation of Liability
NatiieBouzie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, commissions, or account access.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the community.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the platform. Continued use of NatiieBouzie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
